**** off.
No fans, all fights at the UFC Apex. Seems like a pretty reasonable precaution level tbh as long as it's accompanied by anyone travelling to location getting tested before they leave, etc.

Any idea why he hasn’t fought in forever?
Anyone order ufc fight channel before? Worth getting for a month to have something to watch (like watching Muay Thai etc)?
If all it was, was just the fights themselves, I think I'd have no issue with it.
However, that's only a small part of it. The weight cutting is even more dangerous than before. You'll have fighters who will cut upwards of 20 pounds (Kevin Lee missed weight this morning), which will make them weaker and with the virus already attacking their immune system...
Another big problem is that, unlike the unionized players in the NHL/NFL/NBA/etc., UFC fighters don't get paid if they don't fight. A lot of them make little money to begin with, and a lot of the money they receive goes back into paying their camps. And then, some of them have their own gyms to teach on their spare time (because fighting isn't enough to make a good living) and what are they going to do if they close their gyms for a bit?
The fighters are knees deep in shit.
I would cancel the fights, but I totally understand why the UFC is the only professional sports "league" in the North America that is going to continue with their shows. They need money and they don't give a crap about the fighters. They never have and never will.

Hopefully this finally acts as the tipping point for a fighters union. Way overdue.
