Prediction Time: Where will the Habs finish in 2015-16

The start of the season is just around the corner folks. How well will the Habs do this season. There seems to be a bit of negative vibes around the team this pre-season. Where do you think the Habs will finish this year in the division and the conference?

My fearless prediction:

**2nd in the division **

**5th in the conference**

Barring a Carey Price miracle or a sudden coaching change, where they'll finish is sitting on their respective couches watching some other team win the Cup on TV. How they wind up on those couches is pretty much irrelevant.

Stanley Cup or it's a failed season....at least for a paying customer it will be....

Conference standings are irrelevant if a team finishes 3rd or above in the division.

Prediction:

2nd in division.
Defeated in SC final.

Boucher, after he replaces the Dolt, will lead us the Cup finals, where will lose . . . to the Dallas Stars.

Eastern Conf champs - Presidents trophy winners

MB pulls off a Mark Langston type "go for it deal" - Eric Staal + Skinner

streak ends at 23......Cup champs

Habs don't have loads of pitching prospects, including a future HOF as trade bait.

People forget RJ was a throw in, Mariners really wanted to get their hands on Gene Harris along with Brian Holman.

Habs have lots of Gene Harris' & Brian Holman......

I remember they loved Harris but I don't think RJ was a throw in. It'd be funny if we traded McCarron (basically Randy Johnson of hockey) and he turned into a future MVP.

First in Division. We'll make it to at least the East finals, further if we somehow get Bergevin to sit down with AA and teach him his ways.
