Looking forward to prominent right wingers liking all of the Nazi posts.....and two months later in a fit late night Elon tells the team that he liked seeing people like his posts so they should now make this public within the next half hour. All of a sudden we'll see who liked what in the past.

man, what a letdown current AI is.
I know ME will come tell us why AI is still... I don't even know what words he'll use.
But seems like an obstacle more than a timesaver in its current iteration.

Public data sets are bullshit. Private data sets are cost prohibitive.
Gotta train your AI on something. So it will either end up being a glue eating Nazi, or too expensive to build and not charge a pile of money for it's use.
Also fwiw, a lot of public data sets are going private. That's a bit reason why Twitter & Reddit removed API access. If you want access to their data sets, you have to pay up which no one is going to because it's glue eating nazi data.
FI though, still free and available for AI model training.

The funny bit is that small enclaves of social gathering are actually pretty cheap to run. But there's no profit there so we get these mega fuck off sites that are massively expensive to run and have to be data gathering, ad pushing assholes and ruin the entire internet for everyone else.
