I don’t research accounts, so no, I took it at face value. It’s not uncommon to see this shit out there offered in a serious way. I see literally a dozen or so a day reposted by friends on IG showing how fucked up people are.

I have no idea what a pitchbot is, unfortunately, and until you said this, I'm not sure I've had awareness of the term if I've heard it before. I just googled to find out what it is, and somehow it's not immediately apparent, so that'll be the extent of my diligence on this one.
