I'm wondering if those are pre Elon expectations or post Elon expectations.

Pre Elon expectations would probably be somewhere around 106 million a week. Post elon probably 50-70% of that, though it could be worse than that.

If that's the new normal, they're on their way to ~1 Billion in ad revenue in 2023.
