why Lilly gets no PP time is a bit of a mystery, of course, especially considering that Sandin's offensive production has been poor both at even strength and on the PP, while Lilly has easily been our 2nd best dman producer at EV, and scored in his very brief time on the PP too.

Beyond the source I don't understand how a deal would get done with Florida since they would likely need D back. Both teams are dealing from a place of semi weakness (us due to injury)
