The Fucking Season Thread - Redemption Tour '22

But we're the only team regretting how that pursuit played out.

Other teams won't exactly be impressed with what he's done to make them drool over that coveted seat on the Ritchie train.

Lotta Lotta teams out there that wouldn't be able to keep him off their PP and on the 4th line.

Like he'd be a top 6 lock on edmonton.

Which was why I didn't want him. If they were gonna sign a dude for real money he should be better than the Engvall's of the world, not worse. He was always worse and going to be in tough to make the team. The numbers told the story.

You called it, bud. I was optimistic we maybe had added a young guy with 20 goal pop when we signed him. A rare bad take, but in fairness, I'd never paid attention to him or noticed him when we played against him in the past. Just looking at 15 goals last year or whatever he got and figuring 20 would be a snap on this team.

Do we even call Vancouver before putting him on waivers, or just buy him a plane ticket?

It's insane to think there are teams that are still better considering how we've fared, even if it's via shootout, without pacing, or whatever.

Feels so dominant that it seems unrealistic there can be anyone else as dominant or moreso.
