The Fucking Season Thread - Redemption Tour '22

Not surprising, but still disappointing.

At least demoting him clears the necessary cap space we need now, but hopefully Dubas can find a way to package him up with an asset and ship his entire cap hit off somewhere else.
 


Question to those who actually watched Ritchie on other teams... did he at any point use his size because he seems like more of a gentle giant in his time here?

Is this a case of all the old school guys just hoping the big guy will be mean?

Never did, nope. This is who he is. He's had bad luck this year and is more likely a 10-15 goal guy (15 only if he gets some PP1 time like he did in Boston last year where he scored 5 of his goals). But in the end, he didn't look any different than he did on other teams.
