Earlier they tweeted that all the rapid tests had come back negative and that they were doing PCR tests so I guess PCR picked these up?

Idk if it's an omicron thing but I'm reading a lot of anecdotes about rapid tests not being perfect lately. Or at the very least it seems like you can go from low viral load to super infectious from one hour to the next.

No but I've heard stories of folks getting infected by people in house gatherings who all took rapid tests before the event. Viral load goes from 0 to 100 real quick with this one.
