I've already accepted the fact that we're either going to ruin or trade Lilly for an underwhelming return. will still sting, but the acceptance helps take the sting out.

Maybe. I am not at all convinced William Nylander can handle playing C against other good Cs.

I don't think there will be much difference in 5 on 5 ice time between the 2nd and 3rd lines. Which is fine. They may have different usage though. Not sure JT will be the sheltered one of the two.

Stacking the top line with Matthews Marner and Bert does limit the options on the other lines.

Knies - Tavares - Bertuzzi could be fun.

Bertuzzi-Matthews-Marner could and should be potentially the best line in the NHL. Anything less and you probably have to consider splitting them up. Well worth a try though.
