Ah. The racist card. Nice.
WHY was he the best D man last season? By virtually all metrics, he wasn't.

No, you covered it.We've covered this. He wasn't. He won an award voted on by the same media members that we constantly deride.

I thought he was the best dman in the league last year long before the Norris was awarded. The voters happened to agree with me.
If you are going to argue that the voters are idiots and shouldn't be taken seriously that's fine... doesn't change the fact that I felt he was the best dman in the league last year. You also cannot ever point to any award as proof of a players' performance again.
I really don't care about him working out outside. I was just giving him shit for the sake of it there. But to be clear, I don't think it was a photoshoot. I think it was a "candid" moment.Really? That's all they have? Why does he train outside? It was a photo shoot you ****ing tards.
Doesn't deserve the Vezina because he is prolific on the PP? Really? Douchetards.
When Subban lays out little Karl I'll smile. That is if Little Karl doesn't pull up which is his signature bitch move.
Continuously pitiful stuff from the Habs brigade this off-season.
WHY though. That's what we're asking you to establish. No, you covered it.

Douchetards.
Defensemen virtually never get a chance to be hit by other defensemen. What the hell are you talking about.1) It was a photo shoot. There are multiple picture of extreme quality available.
2) Karlsson pulls up EVERY time a defender is coming at him. He's a pussy. Who knows, maybe now that he is so "swole" he'll grow a pair.

The Habs are a top-5 offense - constantly buoyed by one of the best PP defensive point producers in the league (Markov). It's no surprise that Subban was able to pile on the PP points (which totaled nearly 70% of his total production). And Letang plays with Crosby, Malkin, Neal etc. Factors that are considered. Not by you guys of course.
Haters gonna hate.
I care about what Leaf and Sens fan decide through Corsi? Ah nope.
You would if someone paid you to take pictures of it. Hell you'd do it if the photographer was some hot latina.
What's with the hair?
Not sure why I'm going to bother with this, but whatever...
Karlsson's "1" elite season saw him win the Norris, scoring 78 points (79 point pace). Kessel, as a forward, just barely edged him out at PPG. Good for him.
Karlsson's follow up season saw him put up 6gls/10pts in 14 (13 really, because of the accident). That puts him at a 35gl/59pt pace. Add in the Sens #1 centre who they lost at the 5 game mark and I feel confident that Karlsson would have put up an extra few points and be right up at his 2011-2012 pace.
But wait a second, where was Kessel at the 14 game mark last season? 2gls/9pts for a 12gl/53pt pace. Hmm. Not all that elite at all. If he was the one to get severely injured would you have said that he wasn't going to have as good of a season anyways? Or would you comment on how he's been snake bitten, ect. I would wager you'd be in the later category.
Even funnier is that when Karlsson did turn super human and come back from injury, he ended up scoring at a 76 point pace...very similar to his 2011-2012 season...and all on one achilles. Of course, anyone watching would be able to see that he was physically limited, his ability to put up points is still best in the league.
Hell, his pace in the playoffs alone was 66pts compared to Kessel's 70pts. As a defenseman...with one leg.
You're hopes that he's going to turn into a shell of his former Norris self seem unfounded - and your suggestion that GM's would take Kessel above him is beyond laughable.
