I think you forgot our new goalie. Edit - I see these are NHL '22 lineups.

Also if we're getting Strome, I think I'd prefer he play center on the third line, and Kerf on the second as LW.

But feeling increasingly like Kerf probably doesn't make it to opening night.

Kase is a total waste of money if it's anything more than $1M. No interest in seeing him back.

And I just can't not hate Kampf as 3C. I tried all year last year, and still trying now, but it doesn't work.

Just imagine losing Matty or Tavares long term or worse, in the playoffs. Our depth down the middle is trash. We have to find someone to slot in ahead of Kampf and push him down. Strome seems ideal.

I'm surprised you're so down on him. All of you guys talking about how this is the worst trade ever and you're so broken, it's really odd.

He's going to be just as good, if not better, than the last two guys. Just focus on making the team in front of him stronger, no weak links like Kampf as 3C, Babushkie taking time away from Lilly, etc.

I really am not worried about Murray in goal at all. Not after what I just saw happen in the finals.

I don't want to get rid of him.

I just don't want to rely on him as anything more than a 4C and defensive specialist.

If we lose a center to injury, THEN fill in for 3C. But he shouldn't be 3C absent injury.
 
Put me in the boat that I want a third line that checks and checks and checks and primarily focuses on shutting down a full line.
I love Kampf as the third c.
I want defensive wingers as well.
Put engvall on the fourth line with offensive minded kids with speed, but if we get someone else to okay the 3C role, that's bigger and more established, the I'd move Kampf to the fourth
 
I think we need to revamp the 3rd and fourth line. Fresh faces let go, or see if we can get some vet who wants to be a leaf for a lower price.
