Looks like windows 7 on this one machine. I've tried Chrome and IE. I've cleared the cache. Stopped the cache. Restarted the cache. Renewed the cache. And a bunch of other stuff. Cleared the browser history. Rebooted the modem and router. Updated the router firmware. And all of this multiple times.
It's definitely a DNS issue.
