This morning, it was cinnamon bread with light cream cheese (Trader Joe's) on top, and a banana.

You have to vary the routine every once in awhile.

Breakfast today was (again) a slice of raisin bread (from Porto's, the local legendary Cuban bakery), a shmear of (light) cream cheese, and two Cuties (the small mandarin oranges). With my usual cup of coffee.

I'm so predictable.

Wife made a tri-tip, hashed potatoes, and a salad. Topped it off with an RIS. WOW!

This morning, I had some "Canadian bacon" (3 slices), a slice of six-grain bread with some apricot preserves, two small Satsuma oranges from our tree, and a cup of coffee (Egg Nog flavored). Very filling, tasty and satisfying.
