Sorokin - Likely to play this year

You think that is a position of strength? Not so sure so I picked up Mrazek off a team that will likely win their fair share of games. I thought it was the prudent move to make especially considering I am only expecting good points from my D and G.

The Mrazek pick was good imo... but I do think your goaltending was already super strong. Price and Allen is a top tandem and Sorokin appears to be legit af. Lundqvist is a total wildcard.
 
I was essentially betting on Carolina's long term trend of underwhelming goaltending performances keeping people uninterested while exposing him.
 
Willing to move either Lundqvist or Mrazek if someone needs a goalie for now.

I'll move Copley too if anyone wants him.

With one pick to go in the draft, I just want to make sure how the free agents work. Obviously I have open spots on my roster, minors and roster. Is this first come first serve once the pick is made? Does it begin in the morning? Sorry if this is covered somewhere else. I just wanted to make sure I dont miss it as I obviously need to fill out this roster.
 
Yup, once the draft is over, we'll put the FA's in Fantrax on waivers, and let everyone know. Once that is done, teams can place as many waiver claims as they want.
 
Yes, lets settle the rules.

So basically everyone has to add/drop through waivers for how long a period?

Also, I am assuming that since everyone here will be trying to grab some guys, your waiver list should be ridiculously long.
 
Waivers are usually set for 48-72 hours. And yes, we will need to resolve the discussion about a rule change first, and teams need to get their rosters compliant once the draft is over.

I have some bodies that still have some upside but aren't really a fit for me any more, like the rocco grimaldis of the world, we can probably help each other out.
