I've noticed that this trend in college. A lot of drafted and eligible prospects on first lines are routinely getting half or more of their counting stats on the power play. Not sure what the big picture takeaway from that might be, it's just a thing that's happening pretty broadly.I can't find anywhere that has full power play points for college kids, but I can say that Jackson Blake has 6 of his 12 goals on the PP. I suspect at least half of his assists are also on the PP. Racking up points on the PP but not so great 5v5 (possibly).
He's got nothing on Robert Orr since he got traded. 10 games -13?
Dominik Bokk signed a contract extension with Löwen Frankfurt. He’s in the last year of his Canes contract and they could qualify him, but why bother?
It's not like St Louis made out like bandits. They signed Faulk to a very dumb extension and he hasn't been even close to good value for them. Dumping Faulk worked a lot like dumping Skinner. They wanted him gone and were willing to take virtually anything in return. Bokk has obvious talent and was worth a shot. Not all of those shots work out.Turned out to be pretty crappy return for the Canes for Faulk. Not sure what they thought they had in Bokk but he was useless in North America.
