Goodberry's is not ice cream...it's frozen custard. The difference is that the latter contains egg yolks.
And a HUGE butter fat content ... 10% or more. Even for those who process lactose well, that's a lot to ask of your guts.
Ice cream actually has significantly higher fat content than frozen custard. You're typically looking at four grams of fat per cup with custard; it's usually in the double digits for ice cream.
