That's a matter of opinion. BPA. Even in the same organization. Everyone says it but they don't quantify it because they really can't.

I just want offensive talent for a change. We tried "defensively aware" for decades. Hasn't worked.

I'm a believer that you can teach defense waaaay easier than offense.
