2024 Draft

I don't think he'll be there unless there is some attitude issue I'm not aware of. He's getting stronger and stronger as the season has gone on. And scouts will know that he's a one-man-show in regards to the quality of teammates he plays with. 2nd scorer is 11pts behind, and 3rd scorer is over 30 points behind. So he gets ALL of the attention from defenses. I've watched interviews and also like that he has some swagger. Wants to be the best.
He’ll be there. He’s 5’11” and 165 lbs. I actually hope he’s not there. I don’t really want him.

He's not a weakling, though. Not afraid of traffic and almost impossible to hit. And he'll fill out and may settle in at 6' 185lbs which a lot of star centers have been over the years. Has an insanely high IQ and not afraid to play in traffic. I think you'll change your mind once he's filling nets in the NHL.

PS: He's now listed at 170lbs on the team site. He finished last night with a 5pts in a 6-3 win. 3g 2a.

The big Russian D is injured, hopefully not seriously. I want him and Catton to be taken before our pick at 7-9.

Top 10:
1. Macklin Celebrini - C
2. Anton Silayev - D
3. Sam Dickinson - D
4. Carter Yakemchuk - D
5. Artyom Levshunov - D
6. Berkly Catton - C
7. Ivan Demidov - RW
8. Cayden Lindstrom - C
9. Zayne Parekh - D
10. Zeev Buium - D
(13. Cole Eiserman - LW)
This would be great if we're drafting 7-9 (likely). What is Pronman's track record? I assume it's not as good as McKenzie's.

Eiserman will fall to us should we not win the lottery, which we are anyway, maybe.

Catton climbing. Dammit. We need to win the lottery.

In terms of the most accurate list when it comes to approximately where prospects end up going in the draft, McKenzie's list is the go-to.

Everyone else is just a question of their opinions on the players.

I wouldn't be sad one bit if we're "stuck" having to choose between Lindstrom/Parekh/Eiserman at 7 or 8.

Good thing we have the 2nd hardest remaining schedule coz we’re almost getting within shouting distance of Pittsburgh.
