He's has such monster potential. Good skater, passer and now shooter. Immovable net-front presence. 200-ft, plays dominant in all 3-zones and this year we see the PF. Once he finds a lane to the net. even seasoned 200lb+ d-men glance off him like they're not even there.Slafzilla will be next level. Whip backhand east-west passes drette sul tape are freakish stuff. And he did it more than once.
Yeah, sure would be difficult to resist. There are a few forwards I'd still want before him due to BPA as I think they're equal potential, except forwards. But yeah, 6'3" 200lb 2-way D man that seems to be a big-game star, and is a June bday, sure makes a compelling case. Although for pure dynamic superstar potential, Parekh is also compelling.I don't really care that we're loaded with LHD prospects, I'd have a very difficult time passing up on Sam Dickinson if he's available at our pick.
Besides Celebrini, he's my favorite player in this draft.

X doesnt play for the Habstaking a dman 3 yrs out of 4, X will explode
It’s not going to happen.taking a dman 3 yrs out of 4, X will explode
You’re in for an unhappy draft night if that’s the case. They’re not drafting a left D.I don't really care that we're loaded with LHD prospects, I'd have a very difficult time passing up on Sam Dickinson if he's available at our pick.

As much as I want a forward, if he’s a potential legit #1D, then by all means go for it. I don’t see many top line forwards after #1, except maybe Demidov. Catton has a very outside chance but that’s it. Lindstrom/Iginla are 2nd line material if everything goes perfectly.I don't really care that we're loaded with LHD prospects, I'd have a very difficult time passing up on Sam Dickinson if he's available at our pick.

They thought the same of his father which is why he was traded to Calgary and then developed.I think our scouts will pass on Iginla especially after his performances vs PG and in the U18's. He's a complimentary player. Not a play driver. NHL upside is not high enough IMO. I think bust potential is higher than star potential. I hope another team thinks differently and takes him above us. But I have a sneaking suspicion that he'll drop past us. The main caveat being how much (if at all) teams downgrade Demidov and Lindstrom due to injury fears.
Dickinson is the real deal. Trade Reinbacher for a high pick to get him and a forward. As much as I want a forward, if he’s a potential legit #1D, then by all means go for it. You mean Dickinson?Davidson is the real deal. Trade Reinbacher for a high pick to get him and a forward.
Yeah sorry.You mean Dickinson?
We’re too thin on the right side, I’d rather dangle Guhle or Xhekaj.Dickinson is the real deal. Trade Reinbacher for a high pick to get him and a forward.
