Anybody see that farmhand the Isles called up who knocked out Scott today? Not sure if he's actually that good or just landed a lucky punch but Scott dropped like a stone!

The effort by Capitals in the shootout was pathetic.

Half-assed, like their reputation of a good team, and intensity.

You could tell easily they just wanted to be done with this crap.

You can never count on WSH to get it done ever.

There were a couple of sequences where the Caps couldn't clear their own zone for over 2 minutes at a time. Reminded me of the Leafs.

The ideal guy is a guy who can fight and play the game also at a level where he won't hurt the team.

As much as I hate his guts Thornton in Boston is a good example

The Penguins scored more goals last season (162) than the Sabres scored this season (150).
