Looks kinda bad on Dubas if it truly is $9.25/6. But then again who knows how it goes if Mitch isn't the first big domino to fall.

If it's 6 years, that's not as bad as the media will make it sound. Mitch has been a lot better than Rantanen over the last 3 years.

If it's 8 though....

Question is ... is Mucho worth $1.6MM more than Rant? Or rather ... would you rather have Rantanen and $1.6 of cap space than Marner?

Was just reading Gardiner is hurt already and won't be ready for the season opener.

No indication on what the injury is but he is listed as day to day.
 
Maybe he really should have just shut it down and had the surgery last year. I think we might have been better off had we been forced to put Sandin in than 1/2 of Jake, and it probably would have been better for Jake to chase a contract with a clean bill of health.
 
Marleau may end up with Sharks after all as Evander Kane is looking at a 10 game ban for roughing up an official

Dude was PPG+ in the AHL last season (23 yr old season), much to my surprise. He might be something, and Tampa has something of a track record taking unwanted toys and letting them marinate in the AHL.

I'd like to see it with live sound, because it really looks like the Lino is grabbing him during the course of play. Can't do that shit man. The job is to break up fights after the whistle, not pre emtively grab guys who you think might be angry between whistles.
