Or Floridians, with some exceptionsFloridians have about 3 months to flex over Toronto. I accept that. Florida would be nice right now. But I want nothing to do with the summers.

Yeah it’s pretty laid back there and people are really awesome. Gorgeous vistas as well.Rather hilly part of Thailand no?
Toronto has been having soft lil sissy winters for years. I remember growing up, winter was a distinct season, with regular snow coverage. Now people freak out when it snows a bit.Feel like the GTA kinda gets to avoid the heavy heavy snow anyway and it’s outside of the city that gets hammered really badly.
For now I’ll still take that over most of the US. I like my democracies non-crumbly and lower chance of getting shot at Wal-mart.
Richmond HillAren't you in Winterpeg?
Yeah, and you primarily get to enjoy it from your air conditioned car on the freeway! Not sure there's any spot on earth that has better year-round living weather than LA.
Chiang Mai is amazingI’m really thinking of doing Canada summer and Chiang Mai in the winters. Loved that place when I was there.
That's actually a choice, for me at least. I live and work within a few minutes of each other, and the rest of the trips I make I just time well to not be during morning or evening rush hour.Yeah, and you primarily get to enjoy it from your air conditioned car on the freeway!
I've heard of it and Rai but never been.Yeah it’s pretty laid back there and people are really awesome. Gorgeous vistas as well.
Should go sometime. Food in Thailand is great as well.I've heard of it and Rai but never been.
I've been to Bangkok but haven't ventured out. Was a hybrid business/mini vacation on the company deal.Should go sometime. Food in Thailand is great as well.
Bangkok is awesome for being able to do pretty much anything imaginable but once that’s out of your system it’s just one of those big megalopolises. My only real disappointment with Thailand was Phuket. Although I’m sure that would have been a lot better in my 20’s.I've been to Bangkok but haven't ventured out. And I've been living in a megalopoly for 30 years plus. What do you think South Florida is?
