I'm all for second chances. He would just have to convince me that he realizes he was out of line in the past and is sincerely remorseful as a result. I doubt that took place, but who knows.Bill Peters back coaching in the whl as well. At least one board member quit over it.
By at least one account it didn't happen in any meaningful way.I'm all for second chances. He would just have to convince me that he realizes he was out of line in the past and is sincerely remorseful as a result. I doubt that took place, but who knows.
Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone deserves a second chance. However, a penitent person must not only seek forgiveness but also demonstrate sorrow. The question for me is what is someone willing to do to demonstrate their repentance? What meaningful action have they undertaken to right past wrongs?
To not reach out directly and personally to Akim Aliu in a timely fashion would seem to be a pretty big gap from a meaningful action perspective. I'm also not clear on the outcome of the further allegations made by Michal Jordan.
in that case, fuck that guy, and good on the board member for resigning. the old boys club lives another day.By at least one account it didn't happen in any meaningful way.
What a fucking weirdo
He actually might be a good person, we don’t know him personally. I didn’t hear many Leaf players complaining about him.I mean either way he's a weird creepy psychopath that many players that played for him clearly hate
