Rare that a coach that wins the cup changes teams for the next year but it has happened

Coaches are wear items like brakepads. If the brakes aren't working right, you don't give them another year to sort their shit out, you replace them. Buffalo isn't good, but being 24th in xG is at least partially structural.

Also, when your team is kid heavy and almost all of them stagnated or took a step back, it's time for a new voice. We waited too long before dumping Babcock, and again have waited too long to fire Keefe out of a cannon. Stability really only has value when it's good stability.
