Canucks management must think the former Canucks 10th overall pick in 2019 is a bust to give up a cheap contract for as little as a 4th round pick. I'm guessing the Oilers are going to move on from their offer sheet'd players & just made this trade to 'fill-in spots' with NHL minimum wage deals (little risk from their viewpoint). Maybe a change of scenery will do him good but he seems like the 'all tools & no toolbox' type of player.

That Saros extension was a mistake. It was likely done because the offers for him were crap in trades.

Also I used to use cap friendly for almost everything (up to date rosters, individual player stats (not advanced stats), contract status etc... Where should I go now for similar information?
