Look back on this when you're not drinking and see that you're acting out of line.
It's typically offered alongside flu shots. So if you're one to get an annual flu shot, you're probably gonna get the covid clot shot as well if you haven't been infected for a year! Small uptake for both tho, yeah. Are people really doing boosters still?
I've never had a flu shot in my life, and stopped with the covid vaccine after the original shot plus one booster. It's typically offered alongside flu shots. I started doing flu shots after I got obliterated by a bout one year. I've gotten the flu since but always mild. And yeah since I'm there I'll get the covid clot shot too, though I haven't gotten it every year, only when it's a decent match.I've never had a flu shot in my life, and stopped with the covid vaccine after the original shot plus one booster.

Does someone who's never gotten the flu shot strike you as worried?don't worry the flu isn't real.
It's not scary, but seems almost unnecessary now. Especially if you have that reaction to it that we had after the first shot, if I recall chills and fever for the rest of the day. No interest in that.I started doing flu shots after I got obliterated by a bout one year. I've gotten the flu since but always mild. I don't think they're as scary as some people make them out to be. At least I barely get side effects. It is kind of pointless when it's a shit match with the circulating strain tho.
Well I've got a kid that gets all sorts of fucked up when he's sick so if I can reduce my chances of getting sick by 30-40% (the avg risk reduction rate at this point when it's a decent match for flu and covid), that's a pretty good deal for me. I'm not as scared as you about the side effects, so it's not necessarily a chore for me to get poked. I stopped getting that monster flu yearly since I started getting them. They work.I started doing flu shots after I got obliterated by a bout one year. I've gotten the flu since but always mild. Ok just did. You post smugly so you get derision. You're also well into adulthood so that skin should thicken anytime now.Look back on this when you're not drinking and see that you're acting out of line.
Yeah, kids would change the whole equation for me, probably, based on how I see my friends sick like every other month because their kids constantly bring something home.Well I've got a kid that gets all sorts of fucked up when he's sick so if I can reduce my chances of getting sick by 30-40% (the avg risk reduction rate at this point when it's a decent match for flu and covid), that's a pretty good deal for me. He started this year and yeah... Hasn't been healthy since second week of September. Every week it's a new disease.Kids in school are the best sort of petri dish.
Just beginning mate. I felt like someone was sick for 15 years when they were in school. He started this year and yeah... Hasn't been healthy since second week of September. Every week it's a new disease.

Stick to gamblingHasn't evolved nearly enough in quite awhile to spread much. The virus does have more tricks up its sleeve but there hasn't been significant evolution in about a year so population immunity is still strong. Plus summer had a higher infection rate than usual so lots of fresh immunity.
Might as well get the booster with the flu shot if you haven't been infected in at least a year imo. It's a pretty good match.

I hope the reaction was better than mine.Kid started pre school this year...fun times lol
