Well obviously $91,7M is $10M over the cap and is really big in itself, I am not trying to diminish that.

What I meant in saying $98M is overblown is that there isn't another extra $7M worth of players on that main roster.

The Leafs had to buy Clarkson and Horton to use use their 11 mil LTIR money while they are on Robidas Island

That’s way worse than TB where Kuch needed surgery and use it for cap purposes

League needs to do something , at one point 1/3 of Zonas cap was LTIR money simply buying players to hit the floor
