Boeser doesn't turn 26 until February. I'd do that deal all day long. Throw in Drouin and Armia too.

There's a deal to be made around 11 & 91 for Boeser and Myers.

Now nobody wants Myers and that's the point. I don't see them taking Gally without sending back a bad contact. Myers is off the books at the end of next season though, Gallagher is signed through 26-27 so you ask yourself this: do you take a terrible D for season and a half at $6m during a rebuild over a forward that's 6.5m for 4.5 more years? All day long.

Moneyhands and Gallagher for Boeser and Myers and whatever fillers are required.

Give them Drouin, Armia and Dadonov. Dazzle them with quantity.

I have no idea why Vancouver would do that deal either.

The whole point of trying to get rid of Myers is to make room under the cap, not acquiring a worst contract.

We would need to add a significant amount to make that trade happen.
