It’s about consistent corporate $ and ability to grow non sport related business ventures, using land / arena as borrowing leverage.

I played in the Pee Wee tournament in 1972.. we were a small city in New Brunswick that won the Provincial Championship, I still remember how struck and amazed I was at the crowd size to watch us play..there was 12,000 plus...
