Edmonton Tower. From there I can take the pedway into the arena without ever going outside so I can leave my coat in my car. Is your parking lot in a building or just an outside lot like that dirt patch behind the arena next to the vagrant tent city?

They're vagrants and they live in tents clustered together along the side of a warehouse. They were offered shelter a block away in the old Remand Center building which is now vacant but the homeless advocacy groups said that to move homeless people into a place that used to be a jail is demeaning, dehumanizing and triggering.
