Yes, but buyout rules can be softened.All these bad contracts and 8 year deals will be still be on the books even grandfathered in a new CBA
First part is true, second part doesn't have to be.You simply cant have 32 successful teams and rebuilds take time , but it doesnt help the way regimes do business
Exactly, so why do you keep expecting them to change? They need more flexibility.Give them more tools they will still hand out shit contracts , its their nature .
8-10 years is exactly the expected timeline for a rebuild these days, so I'm not sure what you are talking about. The handful you're talking about are the ones that have been committing to a full rebuild.There is no excuse for any team to be shit for 8-10 years , only a handful of teams have missed the playoffs over that span
