Most of the teams that were shit 5-6 years ago are still shit, with the exceptions of the Devils and the Kings.

There are about 10 NHL teams doing the "rebuild," and most of those will probably be the same teams in 3-5 years. That's a problem for the NHL - the playoff teams don't really change too much, even over an extended period of time..
Small finesse D not producing is no bueno in this league
yep, they need to figure out a way to allow teams to get better more quickly or else they will start to lose markets
They cant do squat , not enough talent to feed 32 teams
Plus bad regimes make too many stupid decisions

What is the league gonna do , move CMD around every year for 10 game stretches to the shit teams
Make the nets 2 feet smaller for shit teams against playoff teams
Teams stink mainly because of bad personnel decisions , coaching , etc.....
