Over the July long I had my first multi-day bender in a few years for a buddy's bachelor party. This entire week was hell. I'm over 35 now though and not training for benders as hard as I used to. Just gotta want it.

Yeah, it's just like those reknowned scientists the homeopaths say; like combats like. So if you're still wrecked off of 40% alcohol, you use the same substance but in much lower dosages (like beer) to counteract the effects.
