boston's system is pretty stingy on rush chances.

When your d can't pass you're often standing still in the neutral zone. Tough to attack the neutral zone with speed. So dump ins are often the only option. And the Bruins do a good job clogging the neutral zone too. It's for sure coaching but a lot of it is the personnel. Was a problem all last playoff and the issue has only been amplified with their new d corps.

Definitely a way bigger factor is that they don't generate speed through the neutral zone. Totally would have expected a team with a d corps with Benoit Boosh and Eddy would be flying through the neutral zone.
