I believe only eichel in the top 10 of scoring is not drafted by current team. Suzuki is one of a handful in the top 33 that are not drafted by the team.
 
They didn't go full "Blackhawks" when they took over three years ago. Now they will have to try in the next three months (they already have some good pieces in place or close so it won't seem that bad). Status quo is pointless and they're not adding Stamkos-types, thankfully.

No problem with the overall approach of elongating the tear down which I think we are ey the end of. Gallagher prolly gets bought out this off season while Armia/Savard /Dvorak are gone by march 7.

Its done at that point

Then the hard part begins. Putting together winning pieces.

I'd only buyout Gallagher if there is something to buy with that money.
And ya. I'd get whatever we can for Savard, Armia, Dvorak (call up Roy, Beck, LM).

Explore what Evans wants for money and what offers for him are.

Matheson I'd also explore trading but still has another year.
