Habs Season Thread: 2024-25 Regular Season

Getting former Senaturds has been good for the tank the past couple of years, if it ain't broke don't fix it

Tanking ended a while back. We just suck and going thru growing pains now.
Next year:
We’re getting Zegras (or someone like that)
We’re getting Dach back so we’ll have two good lines.

don't expect much from Dach until maybe January given his knee injury

He’s reportedly almost ready now — they will give him extra time of course (and doctor insisted on a written 8 month rehab guarantee)

He will skate this summer and should be ready by puck drop next year

It usually is not until the second season after that you are back completely, hopefully he is not that type. In fairness, that rule might apply more to football than hockey but it remains.
