Yeah Mickey D’s is the best of the lower end ones, by a lot. Those fries . . .

Those fries within 5 minutes of ordering are spectacular. They go downhill fast after that though.

I eat fast. Look, they’re frozen fries, not fresh cut like Lafleur’s or Frites Alors. Schwartz’s fries are good too.

I don't think I've eaten an actual meal at McDonalds in close to 20 years. I might have gotten their apple pie once or twice in that timespan.

I do pass by & get their coffee, though.

I've all but stopped going to fast food burger joints. Maybe go to Five Guys near my work, but meh. In part because Montreal doesn't have a ton of options beyond McDonalds or A&W and if I want fast food, I much prefer getting Lebanese sandwhich or Greek pita.

If I still lived in Montreal I'd never go near a McDonald's. I'd be at Belle Province, Lafleur, Kojax, etc.

Harvey’s is still solid, though for some reason you can barely find them anywhere. Though at this point since I finally have an adult income I pretty much stick to hipster or sports bar burgers.

McDonald’s is consistently ok, if you want that taste, they deliver. My kids love it and honestly their double cheeseburger is delicious, especially for the price. Wendy’s has a niche spot, it’s not bad if that’s what you’re looking for. Jack in the Box is similar to Wendy’s but they get creative with their menu. BK I have no idea how they still exist.

BK was all over China. I was surprised. One basically 2 blocks from my house and I've never been.
