Well, great news. He had the tying goal and shootout winner today. Watched the whole game. He had many chances on top. His shootout goal was a wicked roof under the crossbar.

I have high hopes for him but I'll wait and see how he does against larger players who like to hit people. Russians of late have a nasty habit of looking impressive to start but then running scared as soon as a perceived weaker opponent starts hitting them back.
Like who? None come to mind off the top of my head.

Here are highlights from yesterdays game. Do you guys think the tying goal (@3:50) was planned, or did he miss the puck and got lucky? I was on the fence, but his and his teammates reaction post-goal, have me leaning to planned vs fluke.
