The “problem” is that KK was drafted way too high for his actual talent level. He has the body-type of an elite tennis player, not an elite NHL center.

In time we’ll learn the 2018 draft class was weak like 2012 w Svechnikov being the only top-5 standout. The others are all quite flawed: Hughes is an overhyped rover, BT is a glorified Josh Anderson, Zadina may never make it as an NHL regular, and who knows what becomes of Dahlin
