He is a better prospect than Knies. Would be bummed to lose him.

Robbie, Knies, Cowan, Minty could actually be a really nice core to put around the big guys.

It would be a shame to see any of them go.

I'm not sure Tre is the prospect trading type though. Or the trading type. Or the do anything type.

Tverberg should get a shot soon too. His 1.1 ppg would be in the top 10 for 21 year olds in the AHL over the last 10 years. He’s putting himself into legit NHLer status. And I think he’s a smart, two way guy so adding him and Minten to the team for less than $2 mill could be pretty big.

Keefe would never trust them to play though.

The year-over-year improvement is pretty incredible. 53 points in 68 games last year. This year he’s up to 57 in only 31 games.

Still wish the Leafs had given him at least a few games before sending him back down.

Still wish the Leafs had given him at least a few games before sending him back down.

yeah I was surprised they kept Minten instead. Cowan is clearly the higher grade prospect.

Hirvonen being a player would be so nice. He's already 22 yrs old with a pile of pro experience, if he's AHL good already then he's probably ready for the NHL next year.

Fast Robertson that can also PK would be sweet.

Robertson comp is always tough because his goalscoring was so ridiculous.

But Cowan seems to be tracking ahead of a guy like Kadri was, with a similar skillset, and Kadri was a good top-10 pick.
