Then why does it seem like Baboon and Eddy play 55 minutes?

Though 15 is a lot of EV time for Eddy. Maybe fatty really does just want the size and shitface factor against Boston. Might change versus FL, and definitely one would think against TB.

It's just that Pastrnak made a really nice play to go all the way up to the blueline while dropping the puck to mcavoy to use Knies to pick Benoit (and vice versa) and give him a clear run down the middle. And marchand's pass was legit fantastic.

I don't know that the leafs did anything wrong there tbh. I guess the question is if Benoit should have been smart enough to stop shadowing pastrnak all the way up to the blueline and cut underneath the pick to protect the slot. Would have been a heady play.
