Nope, you're here thinking teachers are the downfall of society because your overlords are telling you that. Education bad, educators bad, educated people are bad because they don't vote for tax cuts to the elite.

Has homelessness ever not been an issue in California? The climate makes it the best place to be for those who are vulnerable.
 
The way to solve many of these issues is to provide for these humans... tax the excessively rich to the proper amount and provide UBI. It has a positive ROI but is unpopular for reasons.
 
The only place around greater la that doesn’t have a 50pct chance of getting mugged outside of the hills is Burbank
