What do you mean, to clarify? When did I say anything about who I would vote for? I think they’re all shit candidates. I think if Trump wins, there will be weeks of riots here and instability and unrest for four years as they try to impeach him every single day. I think if Kamala or Newsom would win, the issues in CA would grow to become more national problems. In this current climate I’d prefer a democrat to win, not that I’d vote for any of these choices or be happy they’d win.So just to clarify LOF, you would genuinely not vote for Newsom or Kamala over Trump if one of those were the candidates?
Don't have alot to say here, except that it's been discussed that treating each other as equals (don't see colour) as we did in the 80s/90s is also harmful. In Canada, indigenous populations have been opressed for 100+ years. They are demanding reparations - not to simply stop the name calling. DEI is a way of pulling people up, but yes, it's almost impossible to do without creating friction. Its funny, because when I was a kid I just assumed that when our generation took over there wouldn't be racism/sexism/any discrimination anymore because we are so clearly all the same. Living in such a multicultural society like Canada/America its just so obvious. But its gone the complete opposite direction.
You should go back and read what I already said. You obviously got too excited to jump in and skipped some. I gave a couple of examples and don’t need to be interrogated and cross-examined by a mob that judges whether things people I know have experienced here are true or just bullshit hyperbole. You have your clear agendas and I don’t have any need or desire to spend time dancing to your tune.Excellent, glad we cleared that up.
Do you have any examples of how “extreme wokeness” manifests itself in Cali?
What do you think the entire world is talking about right now exactly? You don’t seem to understand how your adopted country’s presidential nomination process works…
You’re never in the minority when you have a reserved seat on the bandwagon.Based on lived experience and common sense.
It’s not like I’m in the minority on this either.

I wouldn’t bother to vote in these elections. It’s the first election that I even could vote in because I only got my citizenship like two or three years ago. But there’s nothing I like about any of these clowns, so I’ll just forego my meaningless vote, which never matters in CA because the Dem nominee will always take the state whether you like them or not.That's... what I'm trying to clarify. I'm asking you.
Would you vote for Newsom or Kamala if they were the nominee?
elections will decide the President for the next four years.
Yeah I was speaking in general terms. Great chance that whoever wins does t finish the term for one reason or another.Don't get used to it
Not what I was referencingYeah I was speaking in general terms. Great chance that whoever wins does t finish the term for one reason or another.
It's crazy to me you don't seem concerned at all that you'll be able to vote in free and fair elections going forward if Trump wins.
He already drafted an order up last time for the Sec of Defense to seize voting machines and that was before SCOTUS greenlit him doing whatever the fuck he wants.
yeah, i got that part. i mean his casualness re "people just want change"/"i'd prefer a democrat"/making this seem like just another election. i don't think the repercussions of another trump term are really clicking for him.I think he's saying his particular doesn't matter because California is firmly Blue
