calling him what he is? what would that be? hitler, a fascist, etc? you think he is those things? the only thing that is true is that those attacks on him culminated to him almost being killed, and you think the repubs are the issue?

A threat to democracy. Ya know, someone who tried to overthrow the government and deny the results of a fair, free election in 2020. Textbook definition of a threat to democracy.

We still don't know the shooter's motivation (though you're going to pretend to). Do I think Republicans are the issue? I think they've created the environment where politically violent imagery is acceptable, when it didn't exist in this way before, absolutely. Any time you show up to do a political ad and you're screaming about your enemies while carrying a gun, you're sending a dangerous and powerful message.

With that said: We still don't know the motivation for the shooter. Anything relating to why he targeted Trump is pure theory crafting right now.
