Yes, my wife has free choice to choose her expert. Her life is not impacted by an expert behind the green curtain dictating policymaking. Well, it is in some respects like medical associations but luckily she still gets free will and exemptions if she disagrees with recommendations

Those don’t impose on civil rights. This is why the President has power over regulatory agencies, too. People elect presidents to execute the laws and defend the country. In this way people indirectly get say to overrule your illustrious experts in regulatory agencies

And every medical decision is ultimately up to individual. I can easily get a notary to exempt me and my family from vaccines on religious grounds
