I couldn't agree more. In fact in the last 50 years this has been the issue. They have made race and gender and sexuality more important than economic justice and this is what we get.I was hoping he was wrong. He's a bit too fundamentalist about the demographic piece and it's impact on economies, but a lot of the general themes are probably pretty close to right. The one thing I'd say though is that the American order isn't disintegrating so much as it's eating itself. The American public at large doesn't appreciate how much they benefit from the (mostly) soft power American order and they've decided that they don't want it anymore, even if they don't understand that this is what they're saying.
There was a deep, deep failure of US policy makers over the last 40 years to more equitably spread the proceeds of globalization and this is what it's bred.
This is why I hate woke.
Evil always triumphs over good these days.
I'm sort of glad I'm already more than halfway there (to the end). Do really feel for those born into this world right now though. It's gonna get worse my friend. This diversion off into autocracy and oligarchy is coming at a time where if we don't sort out our climate challenges relatively shortly, shit starts to look grim for civilization in 70-80 yrs.
better have some type of power in government for this.

You make it seem like the fight for race/gender/sexual equality is completely divorced from economic justice
