I was expecting commutation of sentence. Which is still far less then the Stone and Bannon pardons.

Trump's case in Florida was thrown out in part because Judge Cannon ruled that because the special council was appointed without Senate confirmation.
Meanwhile, Hunter's special council was also appointed the same way. And yet he was going to be going to jail for being late in paying taxes (which he paid in full) and claiming on a gun form that he was clean and sober.
If Biden didn't pardon him, this would never have ended.
