this isn't a protest.

they are resigning because they are being asked to do something illegal and they won't do it.
 
Russian military power is largely a myth, as the Ukrainians have been proving on a daily basis for the last 3 years. They are not better than the US at anything in terms of hardware, and because their military bureaucracy is so corrupt, none of their equipment on land, sea, or in the air is properly maintained.

The Russians have a better chance of accidentally nuking themselves than of nuking us on purpose.
