Trump knows this and it's why IMO he's going to go soft on China. China will cozy up to all customers happily.

I don’t think trump can really control China on this one. Maybe say it’s ok to take Taiwan is that path? But Trump has China as a scapegoat in his mind and likely won’t pivot on them that easily.

But China being the new USA to the free world. That’s pretty huge. China usually tries to play the long game and will likely see USA’s economy collapsing under Trump as part of their decision. Prob take decades if not a generation to tackle what Trump is going to do in his 4 years. A lot more to be gained taking on the power gap.

Be surprised if China fucks this up (along with India to come for the party) and picks Trump to back.

Wouldn’t be shocked if it is North Korea, Russia, USA, Saudi and maybe Israel (fml) will band together. Then everyone else.

Also, should start taking bets:

1) how long until USA is kicked out of G7?
2) how long until USA is kicked out of the five eyes?
3) how long until Canada changes visa policy around Americans visiting - treated similar to dictator led countries
4) how long until Trump asks a general about seriously attacking Canada
5) Is NATO even a real thing anymore by the midterms? Or USA kicked out?

Essentially we are paying into a fund to help the past generation retire comfortably.

People tend to believe their current CPP payments are put away for them in 20 years.
